IDA Donor and borrower representatives convened in Zanzibar, Tanzania, from December 6 to 8, 2023. The meeting assessed the progress made on IDA20's policy and financial commitments and evaluated IDA's response to various crises. The participants discussed different themes and issues that must be addressed during the IDA21 negotiations to create a world free of poverty and ensure a sustainable planet. See Chair's Summary.
